Frustrated at the lack of progress, she researched training and nutrition and realised how misinformed she was about health and fitness. Her journey of discovery enthused her to qualify in her chosen field and use all her tirelessly-acquired knowledge to help others maximise the quality of their workout and improve their diet to contribute positively to their lifestyle change.
